  • Arrival day : In the MID and HIGH seasons the day of arrival is on Saturday, for the remainder of the year is flexible.
  • Check In : from 3:00 PMto 11:00 PM
  • Check Out : from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM and the apartment must be released by 10.00 AM of the departure day.
  • Children : free additional bed / cradle for child under 2yrs-old (max 1 per apartment)
  • Pets:mandatory deposit 50.00 Eu per stay
  • Advance Payment: at the reservation time up to 25% of the total amount as deposit.

    • RATING: 5/5 stars - Clean, well-equipped 2nd-floor mini-apartment overlooking river with lake view. Bakery, food store and fruit shop very close by, so fresh breakfasts on the balcony! Lake ferry terminal and cable-car within easy walking distance. Choice of restaurants very close by. The adjacent main lakeside road is busy, particularly on summer weekends. If you come by car, parking can be a major headache. There is limited free parking close by, but when this is full, car parking charges (0700 - 2200) are one euro per hour.
